13 courses. 37 credits. Courses in healthcare financial management, technology, data analytics, and information governance, strategic leadership, healthcare law and policy, quality and performance improvement, communications and marketing, and human resources.

4 courses. 12 credits. Strengthen your leadership skills in senior living. Courses in senior care and services systems, leadership practices, healthcare financial management, and healthcare human resources.

The Senior Living and Services Leadership graduate certificate shares two courses with the master’s degree in Healthcare Administration: HCA 720 Healthcare Financial Management and HCA 730 Human Capital Management. Certificate students will receive credit for these courses if they apply to the master’s degree program. Degree-seeking students may earn the certificate as an additional credential.

What are the admission requirements?

To apply to the Master of Science in Healthcare Administration or Graduate Certificate in Senior Living and Services Leadership students must have:

Earned a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university (min. 3.0 GPA)
Completed college-level courses in elementary statistics, medical terminology, and oral communication/public speaking
