Make the connection between business, environmental science, and social systems. Students with a wide range of work experience and education have found success as graduates of our programs and are making a difference in the world today.
In 1987, the United Nations Brundtland Commission defined sustainability as “meeting the present needs of society without compromising the needs of future generations.” Today, more organizations recognize their role in conserving the planet’s resources and improving the communities in which they do business. All courses in our sustainability programs are completed entirely online—watch lectures, participate in online forums, and do homework whenever it’s convenient for you. Learn to help the world do business better.
The SMGT 220: Systems Thinking course is perfect for anyone who wants to solve problems in the world or in their own community. It will help broaden your perspective and provide the tools and skills needed to be an effective systems thinker. 10/10 best experience after a 10 year hiatus from any schooling!

If it wasn’t for this program, I wouldn’t have such a clear path to a fulfilling career in renewable energy with multiple options and opportunities for growth in the years to come.
— Matthew, 2018 bachelor's in Sustainable Management graduate
