PMGT 441 Advanced Project Management Tools and Techniques

Learn advanced tools and technologies of project management, including Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), budgeting a project, scheduling a project using PERT/CPM, allocating scarce resources, critical chain and critical path, resource leveling, monitoring project costs, evaluating and terminating a project.

Prerequisite: PMGT 341 Basics of Project Management
