This capstone project is a strategic roadmap that shows the connection between ESG and Quality methodologies. It is a multi-year plan for building relevancy, member engagement, and opportunities for two affiliated associations’ joined business model.

By doing so, I was able to gather the data with enough time to fully analyze, and not feel rushed when writing my final project.
