Aspen Family Counseling, S.C. (AFC) is a small outpatient mental health clinic in rural Wisconsin. Despite providing essential services to its surrounding communities, the clinic struggles to attract and retain qualified professionals.  To address this issue and ensure the long-term success of the clinic, this project included the formation and implementation of an organizational development action plan focusing on marketing and recruitment, financial optimization, and operational efficiency.
