Client Churn Analysis for Wipfli LLP, a Professional Services Firm

The objective of my capstone is to use Wipfli’s data to predict whether or not a client will stop using Wipfli’s services. Reducing client turnover – also called churn – is helpful because clients who continue to consume services tend to spend more over time. Numerous research studies show that small increases in retention have an oversized effect on profitablility.
