The primary goal of the project was to create an efficient and effective coding assessment tool to streamline the hiring process for inpatient facility coders. Microsoft Forms was used to design and administer the assessment, while Power Automate automated data collection, analysis, and reporting. This integration improved the accuracy and reliability of the assessment and reduced the time and effort required for manual processing.
