Corporate data is a valuable business asset. For my project I completed a literature review in the areas of corporate data strategy, data reporting design best practices, and the report design process. I used this information in support of two new data analytics initiatives for the client company. One initiative focused on improving the data reporting workflow and procedures for the data analytics team. The other initiative involved creating a usage metrics report designed to give the company insight into their internal firm reports. My objective with this project was to gain deeper knowledge in data reporting, and use that knowledge to help the client advance its overall data strategy.
