This project had two objectives:  

1. Develop an algorithm that would enable a defendant’s record to be tracked between the jail data set and court data set, in instances in which the record was missing the court case identifier. 
2. Develop a series of public-facing dashboards that allow the public to assess how well the local criminal justice system is functioning.
