Educational systems across the globe are experiencing the ramifications of the COVID-19 Pandemic. As a college and career access company, Study Smart Tutors must be well-equipped in offering deliverables that will make positive change for partners and students during uncertain times. We explore relevant research, social media analytics, and network analysis to help gain insight towards challenges and interventions within current educational ecosystems (primarily K-12). Our analysis hopes to enhance company products, services, and outreach while making connections to relief funding.
