Design of Individual Wellness Plans

Goals:

1. To efficiently, and successfully be able to plan and implement different programs that fit each person’s unique needs.
2. Get the most hands on experience possible while working in a health and wellness environment. The more knowledge and education I can consume, the more successful I will become while on my own health and wellness career journey.
3. To learn from other health and wellness professionals the best, most successful way to present programs and new routines that will make the client feel like I/we are genuinely invested in their health and wellness.
