I was tasked with the job of creating interactive templates for each activity like meetings and goals in the department and put them together. The idea is for team members to have all the access to readymade templates for meetings so that they can fill out the relevant ones before each meeting. Managers can use the easily available tools to prepare for meetings, introduce, create, monitor, and evaluate employee developmental goals and provide feedback for employees. Employees can use the interactive tools to prepare for meeting with their managers, set short-term and long-term goals, and monitor their progress.
