Worked with leadership team from the Health Information Management Department to retrieve, catalog and organize all current medical forms used at the large urban hospital.  Also helped to create a standardize referencing scheme (name and numbering) for all future forms to help maintain up-to-date list of forms to be used by providers.  – Detroit Medical Center
