With onboarding and training processes being very important in helping new hires gain the skills and knowledge to be successful in their jobs, it is important for an organization to have a good process. This capstone project of creating an onboarding and training process focused on reducing operational expenses, reducing employee turnover, and increasing staff satisfaction. This was accomplished by creating an onboarding action plan for training, updating and creating new training documents and policies/procedures, and putting together a virtual and digital binder for training.
