This project developed sustainable processes and procedures for the Nominating Committee of the TCW Medical Staff to evaluate current elected and appointed leader performance and to support the cultivation of leadership skills among the physicians, podiatrists, dentists, and APCs of the Medical Staff to meet current and future needs for leadership positions.
