Elevating Key Performance Indicators Using Mini Games

My project focused on using an innovative solution for improving staff productivity by integrating interactive “mini games” in the workplace. Throughout the duration of the capstone, mini games were created and implemented, and we were able to see an increase in productivity as well as recognition, team building, and engagement in the workforce among front line workers.

“I learned a lot from my capstone experience. It gave me the opportunity to still be creatively me, do something for others in my organization, bring the organization together, and achieve the organization’s goals. I felt like the project was out of the box and is grateful to my mentor and organization for allowing me the chance to make this project happen.”
