Creation of a wellness incentive campaign with team competition to grow employee utilization of the company wellness center, including offering individual counseling to encourage healthy choices and behaviors, and organizing group fitness classes.

Goals:

1. Create an on-site wellness program competition for employee engagement to encourage employees to utilize the Wellness Center efficiently and effectively.
2. Develop personal reports of employee progression about their health.
3. Organize group fitness classes for all activity levels, including scheduling them, tracking participation and evaluating the results of each class.
