My client-based project focused on optimizing and forecasting energy consumption for a healthcare facility. The analysis investigated the relationships between outdoor temperature
and energy sources—including electricity and gas—while using historical data to identify consumption patterns based on past usage. The primary statistical methods used in this project were simple linear regression and SARIMA. The insights, energy metrics, and summaries were presented in a Power BI dashboard that updates daily with new data. The dashboard eliminated approximately 200 hours of manual reporting work per year and now serves as a central tool for tracking energy performance and sharing insights with stakeholders.
