Forward BIOLABS is a non-profit organization that provides a co-working laboratory for life science startups. Acknowledging the pivotal role of external communications, especially on LinkedIn and the organization’s website, the leadership recognizes the imperative for evaluation. This project aims to address the lack of understanding regarding the impact of external communications on the laboratory’s growth, allowing the organization to strategically allocate its resources, maximize its start-up inquiries, and make data-driven decisions. The objectives are to analyze and optimize external communication strategies, incorporating competitor analysis and continuous improvement plans. The anticipated benefits for Forward BIOLABS include an enhanced brand image, increased attraction of new startups, improved external communications engagement, and strengthen its LinkedIn presence.
