This capstone project evaluated the why two sites within a large financial institution were experiencing lower health risk assessment (HRA) scores as compared to the network. After uncovering potential root causes for the disparity in HRA scores, the project then sought to provide suggestions to improve the well-being program for employees at those two sites.
