The scope of my capstone project was to identify trends and patterns related to sample impurity from reports generated by my toxicology laboratory. This was done by conducting a quantitative analysis on values that represented abnormal specimen validity parameters. The goal is for the statistical analysis to identify substances and methods that lead to abnormal urine validity parameters, how they directly correlate to the abnormal values presented in the reports, and decrease these occurences.
