The objective of this project was to investigate the LabCorp study start-up process through surveys and discussions with the LabCorp project management team. With this data, the processes were evaluated for inefficiencies to present a new framework and streamlined process to address the pain points for the LabCorp team. The goal of this new process is to streamline the process for the client, provide meaningful and impactful documentation that is easily understood, and create a sustainable process for the LabCorp project management team.
