Investigation Into Key Factors Affecting Customer Satisfaction of Customers of 3form LLC

Program: Data Science Master's
Host Company: 3form LLC.
Location: Salt Lake City, Utah (onsite)
Student: Cary Robert Carr

Customer satisfaction is crucial in running a successful business, especially with the architectural materials creation field. Good customer relationships are key in ensuring steady return business. For 3form LLC., customer satisfaction has previously been left as a gut feeling by representatives with regards to individual customers. We will use a more structured approach, based on the Kano Model proposed by Noriaki Kano in 1984, to better quantify the drivers of customer satisfaction. While a complete model for 3form customer satisfaction will not be derived due to lack of data and complexity, we will identify several key areas which contribute to customer satisfaction.
