A client-based capstone project with Verizon, a company connecting people and devices through voice, text, and data networking solutions. Purchasing something from a telecommunications company may not be like shopping at a typical grocery or retail store. However, the telco business model does involve a basket-like concept for marketing their mobile products. The goal of this study is to determine if market basket analysis can help connect consumers and products increasing revenue opportunities. Learning if any product combinations are greater than the sum of their parts can be applied to improve existing marketing strategies. For example, establish targeting for a suite of products that fit a lifestyle or are frequently purchased together.
