The Capstone Project I completed at Noble Community Clinics focused on decreasing the backlog of medical records scanning, indexing, and release of information requests and to enhance the existing employee training manual by creating 4 quick-reference guides for how to scan documents, index, and complete release of information tasks using Epic and other programs. The overall goal of my Capstone Project was to ensure each patient chart contained their entire health history so that they received the best care possible and to make the  training process for new staff in the medical records department more efficient.
