Analysis of the various skills required to be a competitive golfer on the PGA (Professional Golf Association) Tour. The objective is to identify what statistics have a strong correlation with Scoring average and if there have been any new statistics created in the early 2000’s that show a strong relationship with success. Also part of the objective is to use the information learned from correlation analysis to build an appropriate regression model to predict the Scoring Average.
