The focus of my remote project completed at Froederdt Health Community Memorial Hospital, was to work directly with the manager and site precepter to identify, and process New Patient Legal Remedies claims consistent with organization policies and procedures that cover “Legal Remedy”.  My project focused on identifying and following compliance and processing rules.  This entailed a lot  of research and fact gathering on what legal remedies are, how they are caused, as well as ways to reduce these risks that were consistent with facility policies.  My experience was great, even though it was remote.  This did not pose an issue because I had access to all facility resources and Michelle was able to respond to any immediate questions or issues I had in a timely manner. I am grateful for the experience gained from this project.
