This project was aimed at evaluating current state for the Non-Employee Access team and then showing this team how improvements could be made utilizing data science principles. Improvements to data quality and data availability, reduced manual effort, improved visualizations and introduction of advanced analytics were the major focus. The outcomes of the project included the introduction of several automation opportunities, better transparency of data and data quality, creation of a new Tableau dashboard that delivers data in ways not previously possible. Another outcome of the project was the identification of a new data set which could be used to improve risk scores.
