OnBase Education for the Greater Green Bay Scanning Hub

My project was to create a presentation and handout/infographic to help educate the clinical scanning team on how they can use their scanning program, OnBase, more effectively. The team had been using OnBase for less than one when I started working with them. Some of the team members got used to the program a little faster than others and knew a lot of the short cuts that were being taught. However, we wanted to make sure that everyone was on the same page and was using the program in the most efficient way possible.  The goal of the project was to train the staff on procedures that would lead to more consistency and efficiencies.  The training will be used for new hire training as needed.
