The Clinical Research Coordinator position is vital to conducting clinical trials thus impacting the biotechnology pipeline. By analyzing accruals, staffing, and amount of open studies within a research team the project had an objective to better understand and ascribe a more precise value to the CRC position. By doing this, it would allow organizations to better mediate and utilize the position ultimately leading to a more optimal biotech pipeline.
