Quartz Health Solutions, a provider-owned health insurance company, launched a strategic initiative to enhance operational efficiency and customer relations by implementing Salesforce, facilitated by an integration partner, Turnberry. This project focused on analyzing and customizing future state processes provided by Turnberry to align closely with Quartz’s specific operational needs and industry standards. By optimizing workflows and integrating Salesforce, Quartz was able to increase agility in managing customer interactions, elevate service delivery, and reduce operational costs. Key to this effort was developing comprehensive process and procedure documents that served as essential training resources for Quartz’s staff, ensuring they could effectively utilize Salesforce to support the company’s health insurance and wellness programs.
