This project takes a look at an omnichannel retailer that is trying to offset continuous shipping cost increases by using their brick-and-mortar stores as shipment centers. This process minimalizes inventory concerns along with decreasing shipment costs and time by moving the product closer to the customer. The program had been active for a year and has continued to expand. This project aims at showing management how much potential is in the ship from store program and how machine learning and advanced analytics can help the company fulfill the potential.
