Patient Portal Use at Sauk Prairie Healthcare

The primary focus of this project is to increase the patient portal use by returning patients. Assessment of the current patient portal, determination of possible user limitations or hinderances, and recommendations about increasing patient portal enrollment and use through practical, applicable changes will be made. Through systematic review of the available portal information, suggestions for improvements which can be implemented over the next several years to drive patient portal utilization are made. These include but are not limited to marketing materials created.
