Practical Implementation Considerations for New Biotechnological Diagnostic Testing in the Clinical Laboratory Using a Review of Pertussis

My project was a research-based project in which I evaluated the real-world challenges of clinical laboratory implementation of four different molecular infectious disease testing options for pertussis. My objective was to compare the methods to determine the most cost effective and impactful test to clinical outcomes.
