Predicting Advertiser Churn for CRM Customers

Customer churn is a significant business problem for any organization where customers can cease service with little effort. The goal of the project was to build an effective method of predicting advertiser churn for broadcast media companies. The project was hosted by a company that operates a customer relationship management software in the broadcast media industry. Predicting advertiser churn was accomplished by applying data science processing and modeling techniques.
