Predicting COVID-19 Infections and Identifying Risk Factors among Marshfield’s PACC Cohort

This project extracted data from participants enrolled in the Prospective Assessment of COVID-19 in a Community. Extracted data included patient health care records, lab samples, demographics, and participant answered survey questions. This project utilized logistic regression and decision tree methods to predict a positive COVID-19 infection and identify risk factors associated with COVID-19. The project helped provide insight into demographic, environmental, and behavioral characteristics of participants that either decreased or increased the likelihood of testing positive for COVID-19.
