To enhance organizational efficiency and minimize operational costs, it is essential to revise onboarding and training programs and their accompanying guides to best suit the organization. This project emphasized the significance of onboarding and training when beginning a new role within an organization, while examining the weaknesses and gaps in the existing programs and guides. Two phases were established within the scope of this project: phase one and phase two. After the completion of phase one, practice coordinators provided feedback on the updated onboarding and training program. The guides were then revised to the newly developed onboarding and training guides to support practice coordinators more effectively. Through the use of revised onboarding and training resources, practice coordinators can quickly obtain the necessary knowledge and effectively carry out their important duties, leading to an improved patient experience and increased operational efficiency. These resources enabled the organization to effectively onboard and train newly recruited practice coordinators.
