QA Evolution: Building a Robust IIT Quality Assurance Program

This project aims to address the challenges faced by the Medical College of Wisconsin Cancer Center (MCWCC) in ensuring quality assurance (QA) in oncology investigator-initiated trials (IITs). Through comprehensive analysis, benchmarking against industry standards, and projections of future workload demands, the project aims to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance the QA program’s effectiveness in ensuring data accuracy, protocol adherence, and patient safety.
