This Capstone project aims to investigate the high volume of no-shows in the Neurology Stroke Clinic. A no-show rate is defined as the percentage of patients who do not attend their scheduled appointment visit to the Neurology Stroke clinic. The primary goal is to understand the no-show demographic population and additionally seek remediation methods to reduce the number of no-shows which will then lead to more productivity in the Neurology clinic.
