The Bone & Joint is an organization that provides orthopedic, physical medicine and rehabilitation, and physical and occupational therapy to the patients of central Wisconsin. With rapid organizational growth, Bone & Joint now maintains five clinic locations, seven locations of outpatient therapy, and three ambulatory surgery centers. The Bone & Joint mission statement focuses on being the best place for patients to receive care, employees to work, and providers to practice medicine.
This project will identify potential improvements for training registration team members. By collecting data, analyzing, and revising previous materials, creating new tools, and reformatting to an easy-to-use, electronic platform. By having a more efficient training process, Bone & Joint will reduce spending on the training process. The training checklist will be revised for effectiveness.
