As patient families are requesting accounts, these requests are being audited to ensure they are appropriate for access to be granted. My project required me to develop a new workflow process outlining responsibility, create an e-mail template that can be sent to the requestor, and develop an initial set of guidelines for staff to refer to regarding these new implementations.
