The intent of this project was to increase organizational revenue, decrease operational expenses, and improve the quality-of-care services provided, while simultaneously improving access to care. This was accomplished by engaging patients with clear pre-procedural instructions delivered via confirmation text messages. Expanding patient outreach methods and using preferred communication modalities streamlines workflow processes for the Nuclear Medicine Team.
