This study applied time-series forecasting with limited data to project future greenhouse gas emissions by a facility. The facility was then given a score on a scale from [-1, 1] that represented whether they need to take action to lower their emissions depending on their trajectory, with -1 representing the best score and they do not need to take action to lower emissions, and 1 representing the worst score representing that they need to take action to lower emissions.
