Sentiment Analysis and Topic Modeling of Customer Complaint Data

This project illustrated how Natural Language Processing methods (sentiment analysis and topic modeling) can extract valuable insights from unstructured customer complaint data. Customer complaints were effectively prioritized based on sentiment analysis, and distinct topics were identified through topic modeling, which also identified important customer pain points. NLP tools like sentiment analysis and topic modeling can be used to obtain customer insights and achieve notable improvements in customer experience, loyalty, and overall business performance.
