Skilled nursing facilities (SNF) heavily rely on regulatory survey as measures of compliance, quality, and reimbursement calculations. This project focuses on the development and implementation of a comprehensive Survey Preparedness Program for Peabody Manor Skilled Nursing Facility. The aim is to ensure regulatory compliance, enhance the quality of care, and optimize overall performance during inspections and surveys conducted by regulatory bodies.
