Skilled nursing facilities (SNF) heavily rely on regulatory survey as measures of compliance, quality, and reimbursement calculations. This project focuses on the development and implementation of a comprehensive Survey Preparedness Program for Peabody Manor Skilled Nursing Facility. The aim is to ensure regulatory compliance, enhance the quality of care, and optimize overall performance during inspections and surveys conducted by regulatory bodies. The program offers a strategic framework for navigating the regulatory landscape and ensuring the Skilled Nursing Facility’s ongoing success in delivering high-quality care to its residents while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. Future use of the program will be tailored to other facilities in the organization and implemented as fit. System wide utilization of the program will develop a culture of continuous improvement to sustain regulatory compliance and quality outcomes.
