Stevens Point Orthopedics, a clinic in central Wisconsin, has grown rapidly in the past several years. Gaining additional providers has resulted in hiring more administrative and clinical support staff. Processes and procedures need to be structured and standardized for developing an organized hiring and onboarding system.
This project has been established for the billing and reception departments to create refined job descriptions, set standards of employees involved with interviewing, revamp the interviewing process, and to prepare new hires with acclimating onboarding information. This project will continue to be useful for this growing company into the future as it can expand to other departments for their hiring and onboarding processes.
