System Improvement Increases Operational Efficiency

The purpose of this Capstone project is to evaluate and assess the existing document tracking tool at the Organization. The project uses the findings from the assessment to organize, clean and create an updated version of the tracking tool. The aim is to demonstrate the operational improvements and the impact that an effective document management and tracking tool has within an organization.
