Optimize methods for maximum signal sensitivity utilizing post-column infusion. Compare the results of hand-extracted validation batches ran on both the old and new mass spectrometer hardware. Critically analyze trends in parameters such as sensitivity, signal-to-noise ratio, and linearity. Use results to determine if given assays will benefit from platform transfer, while establishing a repeatable process framework for future platform transfer experiments.
