Computerized extraction of customer feedback by analyzing online product reviews. The goal is to provide a tool to the client that can suggest what is causing negative customer experiences by analyzing the online product reviews that are readily available. The intent is to reduce the amount of manual work done by people to read and analyze the reviews for the same information.
