Wellness in Oneida County

Project with Oneida County in collaboration with a local coalition establishing mission, vision and strategies for health and wellness.

Goals:

1. To assist in strategic planning and prioritization of goals, objectives, projects, and activities of Oneida county.
2. Assist in the development and implementation of the coalition action plan by identifying and researching opportunities and barriers and implementing identified strategies.
3. Collaborate with coalition members and communicate with the organization to identify available skills and assets to gather, develop and sustain the mission of Oneida county.
